DEMOLITION OF LEAN-TO AT REAR OF STABLE BLOCK.  EXTERNAL WORKS INCLUDING REPAIRS TO CHIMNEY STACK (INCLUDING REPLACEMENT POTS); RIDGE TILES / SLATES; TIMBERS AND GABLE WINDOW OF STABLE BLOCK AND PART CONVERSION TO FORM OFFICE AND TOILET ACCOMMODATION.  ERECTION OF LEAN-TO STORE AREA; SITING OF SHIPPING CONTAINER TO PROVIDE KITCHEN, BAR AND CELLAR FACILITIES; ERECTION OF PERGOLA AND TIPI COVERED AREA WITH ASSOCIATED HEATER ENCLOSURE AND PROVISION OF ACCESS RAMP AND STEPS IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE PROVISION OF AN OUTSIDE DINING / DRINKING AREA.  ERECTION OF BOUNDARY FENCING AND INSTALLATION OF GATES WITHIN EXISTING WALLS TOGETHER WITH ASSOCIATED WORKS AND LANDSCAPING.

Insert Bi-folding doors to the West elevation, 3 conservation style roof windows to the West elevation, 1 conservation style roof window to the South elevation and 2 on the East elevation. Remove the existing door and window to the South elevation, replace existing bedroom doors on the South elevation with a window and replace front door with a stable style opening door.

Demolition of existing stable building and construction of an underground secondary car storage area; creation of hidden parking area within existing landscaped area to rear of dwelling, with home office and gym; grading of land on western part of site with spoil from excavation; reconfiguration of existing driveway. Works to the existing dwelling comprising of a single storey rear infill extension; conversion of integral garage to habitable accommodation; removal of existing porches; reconfiguration of existing chimney; first floor front and rear extension; removal of bay windows; alterations to fenestration and installation of rooflights. Alterations to terrace and creation of outdoor swimming pool.

Change of use of former detached stable to annex, reconstruction and adaption of existing linhay for agricultural storage and repairs and alterations to farmhouse to include repair/replace windows/doors, repair thatch, leading and damp and erection of replacement sunroom

Change of use of barns to Class E(g)(i) office use with insertion of windows/doors, new openings, insulation, re-roofing of Barns 1 and 2 and internal partitions with mezzanines to Barns 2 and 3. Creation of car park, gates with creation of wall, bin store, cycle store, lighting, landscaping and dedicated bat loft. Demolition of modern stables building and blockwork walls within the courtyard.
