Variation of conditions 1, 3, and 4 and removal of 9 and 10 of planning permission dated 24th November 2020 (RN:20/01665/FULL) for the Demolition of existing dwellinghouse, detached garage and boundary wall, excavation to create single storey basement, and erection of new two storey plus mansard roof accommodation dwelling house (Class C3) with integrated garage, new boundary wall/gates and associated hard and soft landscaping works. Variation to amend the location of the utilities meters cupboard, bin and cycle stores.

Variation of Conditions 1 and 3 of planning permission dated 15 May 2023 (RN: 23/01735/FULL) for, 'Alterations including partial infilling of rear courtyard on basement and ground floors, rear extensions on first to fifth floors and at sixth floor roof extension with plant enclosure, roof terrace and green roof above all to provide additional office accommodation (Class B1); new balconies/terraces at front fourth, fifth and seventh floor levels and rear first, sixth and seventh floor levels. Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 12 December 2022 (RN: 22/03987/FULL) for conversion of ground floor garage to habitable accommodation and erection of mansard extension for use in connection with the existing first floor flat (Unit 8); and extension to the rear first floor to existing flat, Unit 2 [Site includes rear of 25-27 Catherine Place]; namely, to extend the width of the flat roof at Unit 2 to the parapet edge, aligning the roof line.
