Change of use of land and some buildings from agricultural to domestic, extension and alterations to existing derelict farmhouse with alteration of outbuildings to form a two storey dwellinghouse and installation of 4no roof lights to the south elevation, construction of double garage and alterations to outbuildings and installation of roof lights to the south elevation to form one bed apartment and stables to form adjoining storage facilities with 2no roof lights to the west elevation and new vehicle access and entrance drive
