Proposed alterations to existing menage, welfare accommodation and replacement stables (amendment to approval 22/02042/APP)

Application under section 73 to vary condition 2 (approved plans) to enable scheme adjustments to planning permission no. 20/04371/FUL - Change of use, alterations and conversion of Tapton Court and the Annexe building into residential use, conversion/alterations of the Stables into residential use and conversion/alterations/extension to the Gate Lodge into residential use, with the construction of new build houses and provision of access improvements, parking, landscaping and other associated works (as amended by Non-Material Amendment Application 22/03960/NMA.))

Removal of Condition 2 of permission 16/P/1944/MMA (Application for minor material amendment to planning permission 12/P/0444/F (erection of a 4 bedroom dwelling, re-positioning of cattery office/reception, re-siting of 5 double cat pens, alterations to existing vehicular entrance to the stables and the cattery and construction of a new boundary wall with railings on top between the garage and Dial Lane) to allow occupation of the dwelling not in conjunction with the cattery.

Variation of Condition 2 (Plan Numbers) pursuant to planning permission 19/1453/FUL (Redevelopment of existing facilities involving the demolition of existing stables, office and barn and erection of new 'American' barn, grooming/stable block, stabling and storage barn, office and facilities building and associated works to provide modern standard Equine facilities) to amend design of the office and facilities building to include a mezzanine floor and alterations to the internal layout to incldue cafe, office, conference room, changing rooms and toilets

Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) as set out in the non-material amendment (TM/22/01350/NMA) to planning permission TM/19/02201/FL (Remove the existing stables and outbuildings and to construct a residential detached chalet bungalow with garage) to allow for revised position of the dwelling and garage, alterations to the roof, addition of front porch and internal layout.
