Demolition of existing stable buildings and construction of 2 No. residential dwellings and alterations to vehicular access.

Change of use, alterations and conversion of Tapton Court and the Annexe building into 32 residential units, conversion/alterations of the Stables into 1 residential unit and conversion/alterations/extension to the Gate Lodge into 1 residential unit, with the construction of 4 no. new build houses and provision of access improvements, parking, landscaping and other associated works.

Demolition of 5 outbuildings. Construction of garage together with associated boundary works. A ground floor extension to stable block, roof extension with first floor dormers, first floor rear terrace and associated elevational alterations in connection with first floor residential use (in association with existing ground floor residential use, retaining ground floor stables).
