Variation of conditions 1 (approved plans), 3 (demolition management plan), 4 (construction management plan), 5 (protected species assessment), 7 (written scheme of investigation), 8 (tree protection report) and 32 (internal floor space) of planning permission ref: DM2022/01134 (as amended by NMA decision ref: DM2023/01376 dated 26/09/2023) which allowed the 'Demolition of all buildings on site and erection of 3 buildings creating 4 industrial units (Use Classes B2-general industrial, and/or B8-Storage or distribution, and/or E(g)iii-Industrial processes), with ancillary offices, provision of vehicle parking, cycle storage, landscaping, alterations to access and associated infrastructure' to allow for the provision of mezzanine floors to Units 3 and 4 along with variations to the wording of planning conditions 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 32.

Variation of Condition 2 of Application 22/01578/FUL (Demolition of buildings associated with former riding school. Construction of 2x semi detached single storey dwellings, 2x semi detached one and a half storey dwellings and 1x detached dwelling, with associated carports, access and landscaping) for alterations to the fenestration to include replacement of the front door and window with double doors, replacement of kitchen doors to window, increase in size of rear glazing to kitchen area, reduce height of single storey element to the rear and install two roof lights, addition of portico window to the first floor rear bedroom and reduce the roof lights from five to three on the side elevation to plots 3 and 4.

Variation of conditions 1 and 4 and removal of condition 5 of planning permission dated 3 June 2021 (21/01026/FULL) for Roof extension to Alfies Antiques Market to create a self-contained flat, removal of fourth storey WC annex and the construction of a roof terrace; extension to the lift overrun. NAMELY, to amend fourth floor glazing to render and alterations to windows and floorplate.

NAMELY, update drawings to reflect new design that adapts to the excavations of medieval structure below and preserves the archaeology.
