Change of use of the existing vacant building from light industrial (Use Class B1(c)) to provide 8 residential units (Use Class C3) comprising of 1x1 bed, 4x2 bed and 3x3 bed units and the construction of a 3 bedroom, 2 storey end of terrace dwelling; the erection of a single storey ground floor rear extension and alterations to the existing building along with the provision of cycle/recycling storage and other associated works.
