Works at 89 Boundary Road to include use of part lower ground and part ground floors as a residential flat (Class C3) and office (Class E), and first, second and third floor as 2 residential flats (Class C3); Erection of rear extensions at lower ground and ground floor levels with associated terrace at first floor level; Erection of mansard roof extension, alterations to windows and doors; and works to 87 Boundary Road to include demolition of existing rear extension and erection of mews house at rear of site, reduced office space; erection of a mansard roof; Conversion of maisonette at first and second floor into two flats with additional accommodation at roof level; and use of the lower ground and ground floor as office (Class E).

Change of use of 14-22 Romford Road from Use Class E to Use Class C3 (ancillary residential) and external alterations and refurbishments associated with the wider residential conversion of the former Stratford Office Village to residential use, including: Installation of replacement windows and doors; repairs to the roof and installation of photovoltaic panels; ground floor facade enhancements (to the Romford Road frontage); erection of external refuse/recycling and cycle stores; associated works to landscaping, boundary treatment and car park. (Application site is located within Stratford St Johns Conservation Area, adjoining University Conservation Area and affects the setting of Grade II Listed Buildings).

Conversion of existing ground floor office into 2 separate office units and associated external alterations to the side fenestration; and replacement of the existing timber boundary fence with a masonry boundary wall.

Conversion of garage to a workshop and home office, including addition of render to external walls, replacement of roof, door and windows and insertion of 3no. windows to side and 2no. rooflights. Partial demolition of existing stable building, replacement of front boundary fence and erection of access stairs to garden.

AMENDED PLANS RECEIVED 6/5/2020 showing revisions to northern side elevation and window detail, change to rear boundary treatment for flats 1 and 2 and vehicle tracking information.
