Part change of use and conversion to mixed use development comprising Commercial, Business (Class E), Storage (Class B8) and Sui Generis units at ground floor; Construction of a two-storey extension with Mansard roof to the front of the site and a two-storey extension to the rear of the site, in order to form 8no flats (Class C3); to include changes to the fenestration and associated works to the rear to provide refuse, cycle and storage facilities accessed from Vivash Road.

Proposed development works to three existing blocks of flats. Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 (Approved Drawings) for alterations to the fenestration and the construction of balconies of planning permission Ref: 22/01329/FUL for the Proposal under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 regarding the upwards extension of 2 storeys to provide 15 residential flats (C3) above the existing building and will be increasing by 6.5m in height above the highest part of the roof of the existing building approved on 21/03836/PRIORC to allow alterations to the materiality and fenestration along with a lift to the rear of the approved development.

Condition change to: The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: 17-601 (08)010 Rev A and 17-601 (08)011 - amended to show artificial Collyweston roofing in lieu of blue slate to extension and Collyweston to outbuilding.
