Associated repair works to buildings and gardens. Refurbishment of Hazeley Lodges including demolition of modern rear extensions and structures and erection of single storey rear extensions. Associated roads, footways, cycleways, open space, creation of parkland, creation of enhanced ecological habitat, landscaping, drainage, ancillary works and infrastructure.

Part demolition of existing timber frame barns and stores and construction of new extension to existing stable block to create two bedroom residential unit ancillary to the main house.
