Application to vary condition 6 (Trees) of planning permission Ref: A2007/57779 for the "Demolition of existing house and erection of two 5/6-bedroomed two storey detached houses with roof accommodation, house A with single side garage and house B with double garage. Additional car parking facilities provided to front elevation." to allow felling and replacing of 5 tree with different species.

Application to remove condition 6 (all trees on site shall be retained and no trees shall be felled without the prior approval in writing of the Local Planning Authority) of planning permission Ref: A2007/57779 for the 'Demolition of existing house and erection of two 5/6-bedroomed two storey detached houses with roof accommodation, house A with single side garage and house B with double garage. Additional car parking facilities provided to front elevation' to allow the felling/removal of 4 Maple trees and 1 Silver Birch tree to the front of the property.
