Installation of an extraction system to include steel ducting, support legs, anti-vibration mounts, fan and discharge cowl point and installation of a plate fan air supply (enclosed in a mushroom type cover) to the rear extension roof.

Installation of 1no. roof mounted vertical discharge centrifugal fan enclosed in 1250mm high timber fence, on top of the flat roof of the single storey rear extension at first floor level; raising the height of parapet walls of the single storey ground floor rear extension by 150mm in brickwork with 35mm deep coping stone on top.

Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved Plans), 3 (External Materials), 4 (Obscured Glazing) & 5 (Rainwater Discharge) as granted on DM/0461/20/FUL including alterations to roof layout, side ground and first floor extension removed, side window added at first floor, brickwork to render at first floor, front door at ground floor changed to window and installation of bi-folding doors to ground floor to rear (Further drainage details provided 08-04-2021)

Installation of 1no. roof mounted vertical discharge centrifugal fans and 1no. condenser units on the flat roof of the single storey rear extension at first floor level.

Variation of Condition 02 (Approved Plans) to allow for an additional rooflights, alterations to the fenestration, internal layout and flat roof, installation of a wood burning stove with external flue and extension to the driveway, and Condition 09 (Rooflights) to allow for the discharge of the condition, relating to planning permission P1863/18/FUL.
