Change of use of the existing vacant building from light industrial (Use Class B1(c)) to provide 8 residential units (Use Class C3) comprising of 1x1 bed, 4x2 bed and 3x3 bed units and the construction of a 3 bedroom, 2 storey end of terrace dwelling; the erection of a single storey ground floor rear extension and alterations to the existing building along with the provision of cycle/recycling storage and other associated works. (This application is a departure from Policy ED2 of the Lambeth Local Plan (2015)).

Change of use of front of ground floor from General Industrial (Use Class B2) to Residential Dwelling (Use Class C3) and alterations to internal layout of ground and first floor levels to provide two self-contained flats; associated amenity, cycle parking and waste storage spaces; basement excavation to form a light well with glazed balustrade in forecourt; single-storey infill extension (following demolition of existing infill extension); alteration of roof from hip to gable end; roof extension to rear of main roofslope and over outrigger building; installation of door opening onto side elevation and two rooflights to front roofslope; and alterations to front and rear gardens involving landscaping and erection of boundary treatments.
