Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 08 March 2021 (RN: 20/03732/FULL) for the: Single storey rear extension with external landscaping following demolition of existing side and rear additions; Rear extension to existing flat-roofed North East Bay; New metal fence and Entrance gate; Rear skylight to replace existing, plant, all in connection with use as single dwellinghouse.
