Variation of conditions 1 and 15 of planning permission dated 23rd March 2018 (RN 17/08716/FULL) for the variation of condition 1 and removal of condition 33 and 34 of planning permission dated 20 April 2016 (RN: 15/06448) for the 'Demolition of all existing buildings and comprehensive redevelopment to provide a mixed use development accommodated in a single building arranged around a central courtyard of lower ground, ground, eight upper floors, rooftop plant and basements. Use of new building for hotel comprising up to 190 guest rooms, restaurants/bars, ballroom, function rooms, hotel leisure/spa facilities, ancillary and back of house spaces (Class C1), 24-28 residential dwellings including ancillary residential leisure and amenity facilities (Class C3) and retail (Class A1), car and cycle parking with access from Grosvenor Crescent and Halkin Street, refuse, delivery and circulation spaces within basements and other associated works. (Site includes Yorkshire House, Grosvenor Crescent, 3, 4, 5 and 8 Pembroke Close and 12 Halkin Street London SW1)'. NAMELY, to amend the approved drawing numbers to allow changes to the approved scheme to be incorporated into the permitted scheme; the addition of car detailing in the car park; the remodelling of the UKPN substation pavilion on Grosvenor Crescent to introduce a revised design of the Pembroke Horn and a secondary entrance; details of design of the Chinese restaurant door on Grosvenor Crescent; and minor amendments to the design of the facades.
