Variation of Conditions 7 and 9 of planning permission dated 28 September 2021 (RN: 21/02324/FULL) for the: Excavation of a new basement level, erection of a mansard roof extension, and two storey infill extension (rear ground and lower ground floor level) and remodelling of the ground and first floor extensions to the existing closet wing and single storey extension at rear third floor level; NAMELY, to allow the removal of existing tree and replacement with a new tree and submission of Phases 1-3 of the contaminated land remediation details.

Variation of condition 5 (privacy screen to balcony) of permission 21/P/0783/MMA (Minor material amendment to planning permission 18/P/3962/FUH (first floor, front and rear extensions including balcony, alterations to the roof and remodelling of the interior) to: reduce height of the first floor windows, provide parapet around the roof, remove window to the left of turret (south side), remove chimney , remove single door from lower ground floor east side, relocate utility door from rear to west side; provide new window in west elevation) to allow the installation of standard height balustrade on the eastern side of the balcony above the lower ground floor rear extension.
