Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 21 January 2021 (RN: 20/04481/FULL) for the: Renovations and reconfigurations to the lower ground, ground, first, second, third and loft floors, replacement of the existing loft with a traditional rear mansard and dummy mansard to the front, demolition of the non-original rear side return, renovation of the front facade of the mews, redesign of the rear facade of the mews. NAMELY, to allow the replacement of door with window and increase thickness of the wall to the approved rear ground floor extension.
