Erection of a replacement conservatory, a loft conversion, rear dormer and internal alterations. As amended on 10/01/2022.

Demolition of the existing ground floor utility room and replace with a kitchen extension. Erection of a side dormer with pitched roof and a rooflight. Replacement of the existing Velux window on main roof with 4 new rooflights, 1 on the front pitch and the 3 on the rear pitch. Erection of new conservatory extension and attach it to the existing garage. Garden works and interior refurbishment.
