Retrospective planning application for the erection of a boundary fence measuring between 2m- 2.5m and planting of 5 no. pleached trees (Amended Description)

Demolition of existing conservatory and construction of replacement dining / garden room. Internal and external alterations consisting of blocking door, creation of new rear door and insertion of rooflight. Removal of eastern boundary hedge and erection of timber fence. Installation of timber trellis atop the existing southern boundary fence. Removal of existing tree.

To refurnish the front driveway and garden of the property. This will involve: Replacing the damaged gatepost (right side as viewed from the road) with an exact replica of the remaining gatepost, including the property name being carved into it. Widening the parking area by 1.5m Block pave the driveway (75 sq metres) at the height of the previous parking area (the planned paving colour is Tobermore Heather, with slate border and grey kerbstone) To re-fashion current front step with matching materials. Insertion of Aco drain at the front of the driveway, draining to a soak way on the property. Re-turfing/lawing the front garden area. Planting of hedge and shrubs along front wall and dividing fence. Replacement planting of 1 x 6-8ft birch, planted as a standard. To be planted in a similar location to the birch tree that was removed last year (in line with previous planning application reference DC/081838)

Installation of boundary wall and fence to the front elevation; installation of gate to front elevation; installation of 8 solar panels to the rear roofslope; installation of two air condenser unit to side elevation; alterations to front driveway involving landscaping of front garden; removal and replacement of tree to rear of garden

Extend 1.8 metre side fencing to replace fir trees.

Retrospective - Garden landscaping works consisting of works including removal of large mound/tree stumps, levelling ground, change of levels, new lawn, new retaining wall with metal railings, new patio area and steps, new fencing/hedging and erection of timber shed.

Erection of detached garage with temporary tree protection fencing.
