Demolition of rear extension, outbuilding and shed. Removal of swimming pool. Replacement of all front and rear windows and doors with like for like replacements. Erection of single storey rear extension and part first floor extension. Erection of side building, to be connected to main building through glazed link. Replacement of fence and brick wall front boundary. Re-landscaping of garden to include raised embankment and garden patio steps.

Erection of 2m high fence.

First floor front extension; single storey front extension; partial garage conversion; pitched roof to replace flat roof to rear; widening of driveway and erection of new boundary fence.

Erection of driveway gates and side fence with soft landscaping.

Two storey side extension and 3 new rear roof lights. Demolition of boundary wall and erection of replacement boundary fencing.

First floor side extension above existing flat roof with dormer and rooflights, raising of existing pitched roof. Install new dormer to pitched roof on East elevation. Cladding of existing dormer (to match new dormers). Replacement of concrete roof tiles with slate. Erection of timber clad rear store structure. Timber fence removed and new stock brick wall to be built.

Retention of works: Reinstatement of the vehicular access to Barkway Road, together with erection of access gates and piers, and fencing.
