Rear single storey extension, single storey extension over existing garage, erection of new roof and dormers to create habitable accommodation together with alteration to front gable feature. As amended on 24/05/2022.

Alteration of the existing roofline for loft conversion with 2 new frontal dormers, 1 new lateral dormer and 2 new dormers at the rear, with front partial one-storey extension for garage and new porch and one-storey extension with hanged roof at the rear.

Extensive refurbishment with internal alterations and extension to the existing 4 bedroom property to create a 5 bedroom property, with new detached garage. The rear extension will take advantage of the site topography by extending the roof line to match the first floor level and creating a lower ground floor area giving access to the garden area. The roof lines will maintain the existing ridge height. The flat roof to the rear extension will have a 'green roof' either sedum or similar planting. The proposals are to reflect the existing finishes where possible but consideration is being given to rendering all elevations to provide a uniform approach.
