retention of side boundary fence

The application is to increase the height of the front garden wall from 1m to 1.8m and remove existing fencing to form a garden. The existing 18" piers either side of the gate will increase in height to 1.8m with a new gate fitted. The existing 9" piers will be built to 13" and 1.8m tall. The wall between the piers will increase from 800 mm to 900 mm approx. In between the new 13" piers will be featheredge fencing approx 850 mm tall. The linear length of the wall is 25.

Erection of front boundary fence to a height of 1.8m.

Retrospective 1.8m high close boarded fence with 600mm high Trellis, vegetation planted along entire fence.

Proposal to relocate entry gate and create new exit gate at each end of the front boundary elevation. New brick 1m upstand with 800mm metal railing above creating 1800mm total fence height. New sliding gate doors with metal and horizontal wood panels. As amended on 15/07/2022.

Installation of proposed front boundary fence.

Retrospective application for removal of hedge and fixed gate at the front of the property surrounding the driveway entrance. Installation of fence and double swing gates around the perimeter of the existing driveway, with the gates opening inwards towards the house. Relay the driveway apron with cobblestone sets. As amended on 22/04/2021.

New front gates, raised front brick posts, wall and fence. New fence on top of side wall.

Retrospective- Boundary fence to front of property to replace the existing hedge

Demolition of existing rear two-storey extension and conservatory and replacement with new part-two storey, part-single storey rear extension, internal alterations and renovation, new front ground-floor windows, new front door within existing opening, new rear patio and fence to west boundary.
