Build an extension (on the first floor) over the garage (which already has a flat roof). Build a single storey extension on the ground floor to the left side of the kitchen for an utility room (around 2m wide). Build a single storey extension to the back of the house (around 1m wide). Change layout of ground floor to achieve an open plan (but with sliding door separating kitchen for fire requirements). Change layout of first floor, adding two more bathrooms and creating a corridor to connect with the extension over garage.
