The proposals comprise a new entrance to the west, a new two storey side extension to the east, along with an adjoining single storey garden room to the south, a first-floor extension to the roof above the existing garage along with a ground floor extension of the garage to the east, a new remodelled roof arrangement including a change to the pitch with raised eaves and ridge along with new detached double garage located in the southwest corner of the plot.
