To build a 2 storey side and rear extension with a flat roof, to build a single-storey ground floor extension across the full width of the rear of the house, add a hip to gable loft extension over the original house with rear-facing dormer.

Erection of a dormer extension in the rear roof slope of the existing house and rooflights to the front.

The proposal consist of demolition of an existing double garage and part demolition of the newly built garages with rooms within roof space. This is to be an Annex and will be ancillary to the host house.
