1. Construction of a boundary wall to replicate the original design 2. Relandscaping of front garden including resurfacing, new planting and small reconfiguration of the parking area. 3. Replacement steps to the house and associated retaining walls. 4. Repairs/re-roof to the canopy above the entrance.
