Rear conservatory, raised patio area, metal railings and timber fence to side boundary (retrospective)

Householder: Removal of existing dormer to side and replaced with proposed new dormer to the side elevation including 1st floor extension over new internal access stair, existing porch to side elevation to be remodelled and extended to rear with new roof construction over, addition of access steps and flue to side elevation, first floor front extension above existing garage, creation of additional off street-parking within front garden, addition of canopy over front access door, addition of Juliet balconies to rear elevation, changes to the existing fenestration and external materials on all elevations including conservatory roof with part new boundary fencing.

Construction of single storey front extension, two story side extension following demolition of conservatory, attached garage, boundary wall and new vehicle entrance with associated vehicle parking.

Demolition of existing conservatory. Erection of new front boundary brick wall and metal gate, single-storey rear detached outbuilding, single-storey rear extension with new rear patio, rear dormer roof extension with 1no chimney stack removal, installation of 1no rear and 2no front rooflights to facilitate loft conversion, associated changes to fenestration.

Demolition of existing rear conservatory and erection of single storey rear extension. Replacement of existing flat roof of first floor outrigger with pitched roof. Erection of boundary wall and metal gate to replace existing front fence and gate.

Erection of a single-storey rear/side extension following demolition of existing rear conservatory and detached shed The proposed extension will extend out 5 meters from the existing rear external wall and will also wrap around the right hand side (north facing) of the house with a 1m gap to the boundary to allow for side access to the existing front side access gate. The entire length of the new rear extension including the side on it's rear elevation will be 8088mm which is longer than half the the original width of the existing house. The construction of the proposed extension will consist of timber, conventional masonry construction (brick and blockwork) a flat 'warm deck' roof with two lights and structural steels to support the existing rear masonry wall of the house to allow a spacious opening into the proposed floor area. The proposed 'wrap around' extension will accomodate a new utility room, kitchen and dining area which will integrate into the existing footprint of the house.
