Erection of a single storey side and rear extension. A building certificate has been issued for the loft conversion and 3M extension planning ref 20/00361/LP refers. This application did not include extending the existing attached brick built storage cupboards which currently sit flush with the rear wall of the house. We therefore wish to extend the storage cupboards out 3M in line with the rest of the house so as to keep in line with the new back wall, further we wish to extend the brick built storage cupboard back, slightly towards the main house (approx 1m).
