Part two storey part single storey rear extension, enclosed front entrance porch, new glazed doors and 1 obscure glass bathroom window on first floor side elevation, 1 ground floor side window removed, 1 side facing roof light window inserted in loft, new gate in front boundary wall and fence.

Part removal of single storey side projection and removal of boundary brick wall. Construction of first floor side extension with two storey side extensions attached, incorporating a first floor rear facing terrace, single storey rear extension, front porch extension, new pitched roof and external wall to side projection with a velux rooflight window. New cedral weatherboard cladding to be fitted. New timber fence.

Insertion of 2 dormer windows and 3 rooflights on East elevation and enlargement of dormer on West elevation. Erection of new attached storage area to the rear of the property with rooflights. Raising of roof height. Replacement of roof tiles to slates. Timber fence removed and new stock brick wall to be built.

Single storey rear infill extension with new rear pitched roof, addition of two front dormers and two rear dormers. All elevations re-clad with shiplap. Creation of rear terrace, external steps and fencing. Replacement windows and doors, new ground floor side door and new windows to front of porch.

Construction of detached cartlodge. Remove all roof tiles and re-tile on new breathable underfelt and battens, re-using existing tiles and matching handmade reclaimed clay tiles. Brick up timber window formed in chimney breast. Alter and enlarge window to west elevation and fit metal framed window. Replace external front wooden fence with metal railings. Remove garage doors and provide a render finish, cladding the attached annexe building with black feather board. Replace doors on either side of the link (between the main house and annexe) with double glass doors and replace flat roof with a tiled ridge roof.

Raising of roof ridge, two storey rear extension and addition of two front dormers. All elevations re-clad with shiplap. Creation of rear terrace, external steps and fencing. Replacement windows and doors, new ground floor side door and new front windows added to porch.

Alterations to front facing garden walls. Creation of bin store. Enclosure of side garden with wall and trellis/panel fencing, including secure doorway/gate access. New front gate. Replacement of first floor front elevation window. Replacement of side window with door/window unit. Conversion of existing side alley shelter roof to a raised platform with railing.

Repair retaining walls, reduce site levels of driveway ramp and increase hardstanding, driveway and off street car parking capacity, extend front porch, utility room pitched roof replaced with flat roof, alterations to ground floor and first floor fenestration (windows and doors), replace and extend cladding, new external steps and retaining wall. Provide acoustic fencing and sustainable soft landscaping (shrubs), lay non-slip pavings and surfacing to driveway and forecourt, reposition sliding entrance vehicle gate and retaining wall.
