AMEDED DESCRIPTION: Hip to gable front and Rear. Removal of dummy pitch with new flat roof canopy to ground floor front, rear and side elevations. Erection of first floor terrace with privacy screen to side elevations. Alterations to fenestration, external materials and internal alterations following previous approval (DM/22/2878).
