Proposed two storey extension to the southeast corner of the dwelling, a first floor extension to the southwest corner, a replacement of the existing garage with a two storey extension and single storey infill between the main house, as well as an increase in the existing roof ridge height. Introduction of new timber cladding. Existing glazing to be replaced with grey aluminium framed windows together with new floor to ceiling windows to the eastern, southern and western elevations. New terrace to first floor. New secondary entrance

Two storey extensions to both sides and rear of the dwelling with new fenestration. Removal of existing detached garage and erection of a detached garage and gym, with home office above.

Retrospective application at sides and rear of property to retain as-built variations from permission 14/02734/FUL as per application DM/19/3135. Proposed alterations to as-built front elevation, reinstating the timber windows, front door and bay window, facing the elevation with painted 4" stock brickwork and reducing eaves height. Existing plans to show dwellinghouse as built received 21.09.2020. Amended plans and Materials Schedule received showing proposed amendments to rear extension to include reduction in depth of fascia and eaves overhang and horizontal timber cladding. Replacement windows and application of brick slips proposed to main rear wall of house.

Internal alterations to existing house including to fenestration. Demolition of existing garden store and replacement single storey guest lodge (ancillary accommodation to main dwelling). Erection of poolhouse. Works to landscape and driveway, including replacement gates and re-configured entrance.
