Demolition of existing garage. Two storey side extension and single storey rear extension to existing three storey house. Demolition of garage, erection of relocated single garage and single storey extension to the rear of proposed garage. Alterations to roof of rear bay window and reconfiguration of openings to kitchen/dining rooms to include the addition of a larger relocated side bay window.
