Erection of a wooden summerhouse, on a concrete base, half-way down our garden against the laurel hedge and perimeter fence. The summerhouse is octagonal in shape, 3mx3m in diameter, with a cedar shingle roof. It has glass panelled doors and two opening windows, in Georgian style. The summerhouse is painted 'pebble grey', and the cedar roof is natural cedar. The wall height is 2180mm; the roof ridge height is 3057mm. All dimensions are provided in the drawings. Erection of a pre - manufactured single storey oak framed, weather boarded garden office with no outward looking windows. 3 Roof Velux windows on the rear of the building which backs onto the sportsground to allow for north light into the office.
