It is proposed that this open sided (1 side) timber structure is enclosed to accommodate the activities mentioned above. All proposed accommodation for these activities is to be housed within the existing 2 storey structure and existing building footprint. Single storey annex to the North-West side of the existing dwelling with accommodation in the roof space, new front porch, and modification of the existing roof in order to accommodate habitable rooms on the first floor.
