This proposal consists of a side extension to the south side of an existing 2-storey detached bungalow. The side extension is limited to the ground floor and is to have a gently sloping pitched 'extensive' green roof. The existing house and extension will have external insulated render to the external walls and all new 'Crittall' style metal windows. Extensive internal alterations will also be carried out. Construction of new single storey rear flat roof extension, single storey pitch roof side extension, two storey front infill gable extension to main house, along with alterations to fenestration, construction of a new chimney, installation of rooflights and solar panels, and overcladding existing retained walls with brick and flint.
