Construction of a rear dormer over the main roof (with insertion of 2No. roof lights on the front roof slope). Fenestration alterations (front elevation window replacement to sash windows and rear elevation ground floor door to be replaced with fixed glazed panel). Landscaping works (including front garden fence, and rear garden green wall, fixed timber bench, planters and storage).
