Removal of front boundary wall, piers, electric gates and metal fencing and re-building of wall in re-claimed cheshire brick

Single storey side extension and continuation of fence line

Replacement of existing hedges, fence and gate with 6ft fence to front and side of property

Remove bay window to rear of property and erection of single storey rear extension, covered veranda to front entrance, remove small section of hedge to front boundary to widen driveway, install new railings to front boundary and replace existing timber gate / fence on Grasmere Crescent with new timber gates/sections of wall.

Proposed demolition and rebuild of existing garage and associated extensions to provide new entrance, garage and storage area, external alterations to existing property and proposed fence adaption for visibility splay for new off road parking space including dropped kerb.

Form a new detached garage at the lower ground floor (road level). The garage will be covered over above at the upper ground floor level (house threshold) to create additional garden space. A new fence will be added to the perimeter of the garden as indicated on the drawings.

Driveway alterations including replacement surface and widening, replacement fencing to the front and rear of site, replacement patio to the rear, landscaping to the front and rear gardens, shed in rear garden.
