To demolish the existing impactful single storey annexe and erect a new highly efficient single storey home office/gym. The proposal has been designed using sensitively chosen materials and subservient in mass to Ricebridge Farm house. Prior to the existing single storey annexe, a large barn once stood whereby a stone plinth can still be seen - the new home office/gym is to be built within the perimeter of the original stone plinth and lower in height than the barn that once stood.
