Alteration and extensions of driveway for additional parking space. Erection of a shed and replacement of part of fencing on south boundary.

Retention of roof extension to main rear and side roof slopes (retrospective); retention of single storey rear extension with bay window in a modified form (alteration to roof to incorporate sedum roof and rooflight and replacement of white timber framed door with grey aluminium faced, timber framed windows) (retrospective with modifications); replacement of all existing timber framed single glazed windows to ground and first floor side (south) elevation with aluminium faced, timber framed double glazed windows (proposed); replacement of timber framed door to rear elevation with grey aluminium framed door (proposed); single storey timber clad refuse & cycle storage shed with sedum roof in forecourt (proposed); installation of paving to forecourt (proposed); installation of gate to south boundary fence (proposed); hard and soft landscaping to rear garden including raised rear patio (proposed).
