Conversion of existing garage into study/home office including front and side extensions and associated alterations/extension to roof for use ancillary to main dwellinghouse

Conversion of the existing loft space above the studio annex into a new bedroom, bathroom and office/dressing space for the existing occupant. Introduction of new veluxes to the roofslope and a new vellum roof light for the dressing room. To ensure fire safety a new door will be installed to the kitchen space with the existing annex becoming a living room. As amended on 11/08/2023.

Conversion of existing detached garage in to home office / gym. Flat roof to be changed to a pitched roof and existing garage door to be replaced with a high level window.

Proposed ground floor rear window amendments to provide 2 sets of bi-fold doors within existing openings on to garden. A loft conversion to provide additional bedrooms, inc. 2 juliette balconies to the rear, family bathroom and office space. Amended plans received showing revisions to scheme to include proposed increased in height of roof, new dormer window to front roof slope, reduction in size of dormer window to rear roof slope, removal of juliette style balconies and amendments to internal layout. New Replacement windows also proposed.
