Proposed ground floor rear window amendments to provide 2 sets of bi-fold doors within existing openings on to garden. Amended plans received showing revisions to scheme to include proposed increased in height of roof, new dormer window to front roof slope, reduction in size of dormer window to rear roof slope, removal of juliette style balconies and amendments to internal layout. The proposal is to convert the existing empty loft space above the studio annex at Valley lodge into a new bedroom, bathroom and office/dressing space for the existing occupant. The loft currently has sufficient head height for conversion; however as part of the work the applicant wishes to construct a front and rear dormer with new timber cladding (fire rated) matching that of the existing. To the rear the dormer will have a new frosted window of white upvc. To the front the door will be of grey aluminium to match that of the entrance door. The dormers will have a flat cold layer felt roof. To the side elevation an new vellum roof light will be created for the dressing room to provide additional light. To ensure fire safety a new door will be installed to the kitchen space with the existing annex becoming a living room

Replace conservatory with ground floor rear extension and change of use of garage to habitable accommodation. Extend existing roof to the sides and rear with fenestration including 2 no. rooflights and 1 no. dormer to the front elevation and 3 no. windows to the rear elevation to facilitate use of loft as habitable accommodation.
