Retrospective - Garden landscaping works consisting of works including removal of large mound/tree stumps, levelling ground, change of levels, new lawn, new retaining wall with metal railings, new patio area and steps, new fencing/hedging and erection of timber shed.

Construction of outdoor swimming pool, poolhouse incorporating home gym, with associated hard and soft landscaping including sun canopy. Demolition of existing and provision of relocated timber shed for garden storage (part retrospective). (Tree method statement and amended plan received 20.12.2021)

Retention of roof extension to main rear and side roof slopes (retrospective); retention of single storey rear extension with bay window in a modified form (alteration to roof to incorporate sedum roof and rooflight and replacement of white timber framed door with grey aluminium faced, timber framed windows) (retrospective with modifications); replacement of all existing timber framed single glazed windows to ground and first floor side (south) elevation with aluminium faced, timber framed double glazed windows (proposed); replacement of timber framed door to rear elevation with grey aluminium framed door (proposed); single storey timber clad refuse & cycle storage shed with sedum roof in forecourt (proposed); installation of paving to forecourt (proposed); installation of gate to south boundary fence (proposed); hard and soft landscaping to rear garden including raised rear patio (proposed).
