Certificate of Lawfulness for proposed development/Use: Certificate of Lawfulness for proposed development/Use: Single storey building to be erected, maximum of 3m finished height, 4.4m x 4.0m floor space as an addition to increase the space in kitchen/dining/family room with removal of one set of french doors, and to increase the access aperture to 2.3m in width. Bi-fold doors of 4.0m (on the wall of 4.4m) & 1.80m of bi-folds (on the 4.0m wall) the balance of 2.2m solid, finished in brick slips to match existing house. Retain 6m of free garden space to neighbours boundary from the finished dimension of the construction, and no part of the build will be nearer to the road or to any boundaries than 2m.

The proposal is to extend and reconfigure an existing playground (there will be zero net gain in hard surfacing), and provide a new fence enclosure as indicated on the attached drawings. A new open-sided canopy and external store is proposed of a total area of approx 70m2, with ridge heights and proximity to the school boundary as indicated in the attached drawings. This proposal is incidental to the ongoing use of the school.
