Addition of flat roof dormers to existing loft accommodation.

The house is currently used for rental purpose only. We proposed to change the use to a supported living accommodation with staff on site 24 hours a day. The residents will have medium to low needs requiring little supervision from staff to carry out their activities of daily living. The use of the house is for occupation by 5 residents living as a single household with 24 hour support and care. No building work to take place.
