Removal of an existing external lean to shed like structure, replacement with a single storey side extension, replacement of the garage doors with new high-level windows and minor alteration to an existing window

Proposed 'L' shaped dormer roof extension and minor fenestration alterations at ground floor.

The existing hip roof will be converted into a gable end rear dormer loft extension, with 2 added dormer windows and 2 new rooflights on the front elevation. All finishes to match existing. The existing building footprint will not change, and will include internal alterations to the ground floor including a new staircase and separate hallway. As amended on 12/08/2020.
