To replace garage door with single skin brick wall and double glazed window to match existing building.

It is proposed to convert the existing integral garage to a bedroom suite. This will involve removing the existing garage door and replacing it with a window.

Conversion and reconfiguration of existing garage and utility room to create open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. New glazed bi-folding doors to rear of property, new rooflights, replacement terrace balustrade and alterations to various external windows and doors.

A new internal doorway will be formed between the hallway and kitchen. Demolition of wall between existing first floor toilet and bathroom to create a family bathroom. Provision of an en suite in the master bedroom. Provision of opening between living room and dining room on ground floor.
