Conservatory on gable end part of the rear of the house leaving the existing doors and window in place. Wall to be rendered to match existing roof tiles to match existing.

Lowering of cill and introduction of new window at the rear of the house at first floor level to provide full height glazing. Introduction of new glazed rooflights and relocation of existing rooflights at roof level.

Conversion of garage to living accommodation. Remove garage door and replace with brick (to match existing) and window. Remove internal walls between garage and house.

Change of use from single garage to a living / bedroom, accessible from existing study and existing front room. Replace existing timber garage doors with double glazed unit to match windows on house with matching brickwork beneath opening. Replace existing external side door with double glazed window to match windows on house with matching brickwork beneath opening. Introduce new single door from existing study into new room and new double doors from existing front room into new room.

Conversion of existing attached garage into habitable room. We are proposing to raise the floor to accommodate sufficient insulation and therefore will need to raise the roof by 3 brick courses. Roof to remain flat, adding new rooflight. Blocking up the existing garage door, and replacing with brickwork and a window. There is an existing doorway from the house into the garage which will be retained, currently a fire door. Existing slab foundations are suitable for proposed use. Proposed addition of perimeter gutter connecting to existing drainage.

The main entrance to the property has a sheltered area which has a pitched roof and floor slabs leading to the front door. It is proposed that a foundation is dug with a concrete floor laid and a new footing to house a new front door. This new door will be made of solid oak and will have a side glass window on either side. The existing front door and side windows will remain unchanged, with the proposed porch area plastered and decorated. An existing door light will be converted into a ceiling light.
