Building works in May 2014 were carried out to property which included replacing kitchen window with French Doors to garden (in the same material and colour of existing windows) , moving the front porch entrance door from the side of the porch to the front (keeping the same door) and building a garden wall approx 1.6 meters tall by 2.5 meters long in ironstone (matching the existing building) with a wooden gate in the middle.
