Change use of dwelling to small childrens home for up to three young people with care provided by a care team. 3 Carers will work shifts from 8 am - 23:00 pm and then 2 carers would sleep in from 23:00 -7:00 and two carers would work from 7 am - 8 am and then hand over to the next care team.
