Single storey flat roof rear extension to extend beyond the rear wall by 4 metres, with an eaves height of 2.7 metres and total height of 3 metres. Extension and existing bungalow to be rendered in white.

Extend current single storey flat roof extension at front of property to add in new W/C and porch area. Remove window and create new doorway into property. Brickwork to match existing bricks and in keeping with property style. Add roof lantern to flat roof to bring in extra light.

Extension to front of property to bring in line with existing front porch. Existing living room window to be reused. To be built of matching brickwork and concrete tiles to roof. Pitched roof of existing porch to be replaced with sloping roof to tie in with proposed works.
